Holman Automotive has an outstanding opportunity for a System User Administrator to join the IT Department and the Holman family!


What will you do?


The Systems User Administrator (User Administrator) is responsible for the daily creation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Holman Automotive System User Accounts. The User Administrator is responsible for administration of Active Directory, Exchange Email and other internal and external applications /systems. You will work through the IT helpdesk to address end user support requests and collaborates with the Business Technology Team on IT projects. You will also be responsible for…

  • Maintaining the security and permission levels of Holman Automotive’s user accounts (creation of accounts, disabling of accounts).
  • Auditing user accounts by obtaining a list of new hire and termed associates from HR and establishing quick easy to read reporting for internal and external auditors and ensure all processes are being followed.
  • Working with the Director or IT and System Engineers to help define and execute IT projects.
  • Providing feedback on server infrastructure and project issues to peers and superiors.

You may be required to travel between Holman Automotive sites within the support region, as well as occasionally traveling to other regions as needed to support IT projects and staff coverage.

  • Must be able to provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 helpdesk support to end users as required in collaboration with the Business Technology team.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in working with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and services, Microsoft Exchange 2010 architecture/operations, and Active Directory architecture/operations.
  • ADP dealer management system and the connectivity methods used by line of business application providers to connect to the Holman Automotive network is desirable.
  • Associates Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Certified Professional preferred!
