ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Status Supervisor – Supply Chain in our Mount Laurel, NJ office to supervise the Status Coordinators and Transport Services team.

Develop a high-performing team by instilling a customer-focused mind-set, strengthening individual and team skills, and ensuring proactive and timely communications to internal business partners and external clients. Support and drive process improvements designed to improve status data timeliness and accuracy, as well as improve client service.


What will you do?

  • Supervise the Status Coordinators across North America and Transport Services team, and ensure they consistently execute the established processes in the proper manner.
  • Co-supervise the Process Facilitator and ensures that he/she effectively directs the daily work flow and distribution of work amongst the team personnel.
  • Assist the Process Facilitator in identifying process and system improvements to strengthen efficiencies and/or improving the client experience.
  • Assess the skill levels of the team members individually and collectively, and develop their skills and encourage professional growth for performance management purposes.
  • Manage the Status and Drive-away systems and reporting for timeliness and accuracy.
  • Own and execute the weekly operational meeting involving cross-functional partners, to drive timely visibility of Estimated Completion Date (ECD) and other status info capture and closed-loop communication to clients.
  • Complete monthly and other reports as required or requested for clients and internal business partners.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and manage escalations accordingly.
  • Serve as the key business contact or project lead on any systems improvement initiatives.
  • Support vendor and client visits as needed.

  • Familiarity with eVOS and FleetTrak, OEM systems, and Status/Drive-away systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and able to create Business Objects reporting.
  • Must be able to travel as needed for business, including going to Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or actively in progress
