Job Description

ARI has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Enablement Specialist based in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Essential Functions:

  • Supports Sales and Sales Support leadership in the planning, execution, and administration of sales enablement tools, technologies, and initiatives.
  • Helps drive and reinforce ARI’s planning disciplines, sales process, and customer engagement methodologies through continuous learning and enablement tools/technologies.
  • Facilitates collaborative project management with key stakeholders to ensure visibility and consensus in strategy, scoping, design, and approvals.
  • Directly supports the implementation, deployment, management, tracking, and success measurement of new tools and technologies. Establishes and shares best practices across sellers and sales management.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, marketing team, peers, and leadership in the design, development, and delivery new sales learning and enablement programs in the form of materials, training, and sales playbooks. Refreshes, adapts, and tailors existing programs and content.
  • Manages the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Partners with broader Sales Operations and Sales Support teams to ensure key processes and workflows are supported by technology and that we are providing a streamlined and simplified seller experience.
  • Demonstrates ongoing proficiency in ARI’s sales process, tools, systems, and collateral; trends and innovation in sales enablement; developments in the automotive and fleet industries, including competitive differentiation.
  • Exhibits consistent quality of work, including compliance with deadlines and project requirements, accuracy of documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Cross-trains with department on other tasks; performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills

Relevant Work Experience:

  • Experience in functions including Sales, Sales Support, or Sales Enablement, minimum 2 years
  • Experienced in working in a collaborative environment, including project management, change management, and training
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Marketo, and Salesforce.com preferred

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:

  • Professional business writing or project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be self-motivated, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, as well as organization and problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain current industry knowledge through continuous learning

Communicating & Influencing Skills:

  • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and articulate assertion
  • Involves collaboration with stakeholders in a wide range of positions and levels across the global organization
  • Projects may require educating, influencing, or reasoning with various stakeholders for consensus decision-making, expediting requests, or mitigating challenges
  • Must have ability to build and maintain positive internal relationships
