Lexus of Portland is looking for a Sales Department Administrative Assistant to join our team!

 

Career Description:

The Sales Department Administrative Assistant contributes to the overall success of the Sales Department by tracking all sales processes and numbers and keeping the General Sales Manager informed on a daily basis.  This position performs an important internal control for the dealership, attends sales events and assists with guest relations.  They will support sales management with various projects.  They will be responsible for CRM Maintenance and reporting.

  • Inventory management of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Lot management and reporting
  • Assist GSM and Sales Managers with reporting, processes, and customer service
  • Maintain appearance of customer vehicles and lot
  • Assist with researching and processing any outstanding issues
  • Physically verify all vehicle inventory at the dealership and any off-site location
  • Assist with Company events including new vehicles launches, customer clinics, etc

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of Administrative Assistance experience
  • Must be driven to achieve goals and career success
  • Demonstrate hard work ethic and high energy
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Computer proficient
