NOTICE OF JOB OPPORTUNITY

COMPANY: Automotive Resources International (ARI)

LOCATION: 2001 Bishops Gate, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054

TITLE: Quality Analyst III

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES:
Create, update or review test cases. Plan, coordinate and conduct functional, regression and integration
testing. Approve or decline product move requests. Develop quality metrics. Lead analysts on larger
projects. With manager, establish QA standards and processes and implement.

Essential Job Functions:


• Participate in requirements gathering, develop strategy, and identify gaps.
• Create, review and execute test cases efficiently.
• Manage testing capacity, risk analysis, priorities.
• Define test data and test environment configuration requirements.
• Ensure that the product change meets the specification or customer expectation.
• Communicate and track any defects or differences in function between the program and the spec or customer expectation.
• Provide timely, clear and concise feedback regarding the quality results to the stake holders.
• Mentor QA testers and analysts.
• Train other analysts in the product features, functions and department processes.

REQUIREMENTS:


Bachelor’s degree in any field plus 7 years of experience as QA Tester, Programmer Analyst or related.

Applicants must have experience or knowledge with:

• HP Quality Center or Microsoft Test Manager
• SQL
• Automation tools – including automation architecture (ex. HP UFT, Selenium, or Microsoft Coded
UI)
• Data integrity testing using Excel or SQL
• Major programming language, such as: C# and Java
• Web services testing
• Managing testing for integration across development teams
• Managing test case coverage for a product or project
• Testing in multiple SDLC’s (Agile and Waterfall)
• Directing, leading, and mentoring others in QA team
• Major testing types including system/integration, regression and Default/error testing
• Managed testing capacity, risk assessment, test data design and prioritization
