We are currently recruiting for the newly created role of Quality Analyst, based in Maple Shade, NJ, to join our team!

What you will do:

  • Review and evaluate recorded phone calls for all CEC coordinators
  • Report items in need of immediate attention to the appropriate supervisor/manager
  • Deliver quality assurance reporting identifying trends, training needs and coaching opportunities/ recommendations
  • Support Team Manager, CEC Performance Excellence
  • Assist supervisory staff with additional phone monitoring needs

What we are looking for:

  • Familiarity with sales and service customer calls a plus
  • Familiarity with call centers a plus
  • Prior quality assurance experience is a plus
  • Ability to influence, motivate and coach others effectively
  • Ability to provide unbiased feedback when listening to calls
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interact and work with fellow employees and leadership
  • Excellent customer service skills and listening skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
