Title:    Office Systems Processor

Department:  Accounting – Office Support

Reports to:     Office Support Supervisor

Job Purpose:  Process and deliver all company correspondence, mail, packages, office supplies and printed materials.  Scan and index company documents.  File all Accounting documents and provide backup support for the company switchboard.

Essential Functions:

  • Opens, sorts, documents and delivers all company mail and packages.
  • Prepares company correspondence for mailing.
  • Processes outgoing express packages for FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.
  • Provides switchboard coverage as needed.
  • Prepares and processes company receipts for accounting department.
  • Prepares documents for scanning.
  • Scans and indexes company documents.
  • Handles all filing related to company documents in the records room.
  • Handles archive requests as necessary.
  • Provides backup to all other functions within the department as necessary.

Knowledge and Skill:

  • Must have moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Captiva, Imaging Viewer, Intellifleet and Infinium.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively, with all levels of staff, management and customers.
  • The ability to lift 40 pounds over head is required.
  • Must be able to push a cart weighing up to 100 pounds for 10 minute intervals.
  • Possess basic knowledge of production document scanners.
  • College degree preferred.
