Job Description

Provide leadership and direction to Vehicle Supply Chain team while overseeing and engaging in employee development, client satisfaction, and overall operational excellence.

What You Will Do:

  • Performance management of a team of 11 direct reports, 29 indirect reports including development and engagement
  • Oversee all personnel related issues pertaining to the department such as scheduling, hiring, and evaluating all personnel.
  • Lead Change
  • Lead interdepartmental collaboration
  • Resolve escalated department issues

Relevant Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of previous leadership experience with the ability to develop and maintain effective working groups.
  • Proven track record of leading change within small to medium sized teams
  • Experience challenging conventional thinking and pursuing an alternate course to accomplish internal and external goals
  • Prior experience developing and executing planning activities is required
  • Proven track record leading within a performance-based environment
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage operational budgets
  • Ability to utilize data to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Ability to organize and maintain key vendor partnerships with OEM and Upfit partners
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar field required
