ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Maintenance Account Executive to Provide Strategic direction to ARI maintenance accounts, develop client specific solutions, and delivery proactive analysis and recommendations resulting in measurable cost savings.

What will you do?

  • Proactively monitors trends in vehicle maintenance for specific accounts and geographic markets.
  • Builds, analyzes and presents both standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Participate in weekly maintenance calls, creates/maintains action items lists, provides status updates to ARI management.
  • Analyzes data and makes recommendations to customers and ARI management to implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support the Implementation of the Maintenance Program.
  • Strategic support for Maintenance portion of SPR’s.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Understanding and interpretation of mechanical theory required.
  • Must be knowledgeable of ARI’s fleet management programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications are required.
  • Superior customer service skills required, including focus on customer needs and customer relationship management.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone communication and active listening.
  • Prior presentation experience.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, including executive management.
  • Initiative to work independently and multi-task varying client/departmental priorities.
  • Must be willing to accept responsibility for decisions and situations.
