Holman Strategic Ventures has a terrific opportunity for a Lynkd Operations Supervisor. 

We are looking for an operations administrator to play a key role in supporting a new and exciting product for Holman’s Strategic Ventures group.  Our product is an IoT solution that utilizes telematics technology to provide connected car capabilities to automotive dealerships.  Using our solution, automotive dealerships can improve both sales and workflow efficiencies within all aspects of their dealership.  In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team with overall responsibilities for the implementation of new dealerships, post-sale support, and technical support on the product, dealership setup, user setup and billing inquiries.  This is a brand new product launched into the market, and we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to help us develop the product into an industry leader.

Responsibilities

Principal Purpose of Position:

  • Supervise Lynkd Administrators and field operations
  • Understand Lynkd Administrator role and all duties:
    • Interface with customers on various communication media
    • Train customers on installation setup of devices in inventory vehicles
    • Train customers of the Lynkd software interface and features
    • Schedule and track customer implementations and associated tasks
    • Document customer use-case requirements
    • Document API requirements for internal and external system integrations
    • Order and configure telematics devices for use on the platform
    • Assist with monthly device / inventory reconciliations
    • Demo software to potential clients
    • Handle customer service calls for questions and/or issues related to the product
  • Assist with setup of new Lynkd operating locations including:
    • Meet with customers to document system requirements for implementation
    • Setup and schedule implementation of Lynkd system hardware and software
    • Maintain vendor relationships telematics providers
    • Coordinate location setups for Lynkd program
    • Help drive performance metrics, program usage, and success at new locations
  • Liaise with Strategic Ventures, telematics providers, dealer personnel, and Lynkd staff as needed
  • Onboard new clients to Lynkd platform and assist planning for Lynkd locations
  • Understand and contribute to local marketing efforts including use case development, media channels, and social marketing efforts
  • Understand the role of dealership operations in the larger Lynkd initiative
  • Interact with client operations staff to understand job roles and program requirements for Lynkd
  • Lend additional support to Holman Strategic Ventures initiatives as needed

Requirements/Skills

  • College degree required
  • 2 years of direct customer/client interaction
  • Must be highly organized and able to independently prioritize and perform tasks
  • Must be able to appropriately schedule tasks to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to identify and implement operational efficiency measures
  • Ability to adapt in fast moving environment and quickly prioritize and switch tasks as necessary
  • Must effectively communicate on multiple media platforms (in-person, phone, email, text, IM, webcast)
  • Must possess customer/vendor handling skill to independently resolve issues and disagreements
  • Ability to present leadership with operating plans, progress reports, and tactical initiatives
  • Ability to present potential and current operating clients with effective explanations of program methodology, operating requirements, and benefits of the program
