ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Operations  (Fleet Management) based in our Mississauga Location.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for the complete and direct oversight and performance of direct report teams as part of the North American Fleet Management team.
  • Provide onsite leadership and support for all Operational areas of Fleet Management, including Call Center Operations.
  • Prospect and client facing leadership and leadership development that represents and supports operations in the Canadian business.
  • Leading, monitoring and executing strategies to completion for operations and departmental efficiency.
  • Support the accomplishment of strategic objectives that promote the value of operational excellence and the growth of sales and profits.
  • Acquire, develop and retain talent, while supporting employee growth and opportunity within the department and all ARI operating companies.
  • Support the accomplishment of strategic objectives that promote the value of operational excellence and the growth of sales and profits.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with all North American departments within ARI/Holman required to support Operations and the organization.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Five years of experience at a management level with multiple levels of reporting relationships.
  • Proven track record of improving operational performance and processes
  • Proven track record of leading and developing both leaders and staff
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
