ARI has an outstanding opportunity to fill our Department Coordinator role in our Mount Laurel, NJ office.

Principal Work Location: Mount Laurel, NJ – Global HQ
Department: Performance Excellence
Reports to: Performance Excellence Supervisor

What will you do?

Responsible for Administrative duties in the Client Relations departments, which can include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage Office Supply Inventory and Distribution
  • Coordinate and Troubleshoot Office Repairs
  • Coordinate logistics of management meetings to include scheduling people and resources
  • Monitor, process and distribute mail. Including Work from Home and Remote Employees
  • Manage setup and administration of client vanity email addresses and phone numbers
  • Update and maintain Client Relations data within internal database
  • Development and refinement of word and excel documents and reports
  • Setup and train employees for FedEx shipping accounts
  • Setup and train employees for printer mailboxes
  • Manage mailing projects
  • Report creation, manipulation and distribution to both teammates and leadership
  • Survey Management
  • Process Efficiencies
  • Departmental Communications as need
  • Training Resource on Departmental Mail Process and Excel usage
  • Manage Client Facing Websites
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • College Degree is preferred and/or 1-3 Years Relevant Work Experience
  • Mastery of Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including telephone communication and active listening.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Customer Service Skills
