Kuni BMW has an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Relations Coordinator to join the Holman family.

 

Job Description:

The Guest Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound phone calls throughout our dealership. Each Guest Relations Representative acts as a receptionist, assists guests with service reservations, dealership information requests, basic troubleshooting, and general vehicle information. Guest Relations Representatives strive to create a positive impression with each of their guests.

  • Answer guest inquiries on inbound and outbound phone call to our service department
  • Schedule reservations for guests’ vehicles to be serviced at our dealership
  • Maintain knowledge of all dealership departments and appropriate personnel to meet the needs of each guest
  • Assist guests with basic troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance advice
  • Demonstrate professional personal behavior
  • Maintain and promote guest and employee relations

Qualification Criteria:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent business phone etiquette and computer skills are required
  • Current, valid driver’s license required
  • Professional appearance
