ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Status Coordinator –within Vehicle Supply Chain in our Mount Laurel, NJ office to manage the visibility and communication between manufacturers, upfit vendors, driveaway vendors, onboarding/staging partners, and internal and external clients regarding status of vehicles and equipment from order through final delivery

What will you do?

  • Researches the status of vehicles with manufacturers and/or upfitters via work buckets, OEM/vendor web sites, and reporting tools to ensure targeted dates are on track to be met.
  • Analyze and spot check invoices from vendors, upfitters, and transport companies to assure accurate pricing
  • Setup and manage transportation for last mile of vehicles
  • Communicates all delays that will affect the successful delivery based on normal order to delivery timelines to ARI internal stakeholders (Account Management, Client Administration, Account Development Representatives, and Sales Managers) as well as clients, and VSC leadership.
  • Manages listings of delayed vehicles via Business Objects reporting and communicates their status to ARI internals and customers on a weekly basis.
  • Proactively identifies possible delays in production, upfitting/onboarding, and shipping by analyzing data found in the status system, vendor communications, and Business Objects reporting. Communicates these delays to internal and external clients, and also works with the applicable OEM, or up fitter to alleviate the delays.
  • Upload data and maintain validity in ARI status system by adding relevant, clear, and concise notes. Create a complete end to end picture with the information gathered and stored so that other users will be able to understand the most recent status update.
  • Utilize FleetTrak to manage all cases and maintain escalation levels that are in line with company/departmental goals.
  • Ownership of all status updates communicated to other areas of the company, ensuring that the client has been made aware of the information.
  • Ownership of all internal VSC communications regarding information received and ensuring it is relayed to the correct contact.

What are we looking for?

  • Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel)
  • Must be able to navigate the Internet.
  • Must have demonstrable knowledge of Business Objects software and the ability to create validated reports to ensure the correct data is being analyzed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing are required.
  • Critical thinking skills are required.
  • Logistics and or Supply Chain background preferred.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and handle multiple priorities to their conclusion in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and also handle independent projects.
  • Knowledge of ARI systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of ARI systems is a plus.
