We are currently recruiting for the newly created role of BDC Sales Supervisor, based in Maple Shade, NJ, to join our team!

What you will do:

 

  • Design and implement a strategy for training a productive and profitable BDC department staff
    • Train all BDC personnel on the latest lead management systems
    • Train on proper telephone and email communications techniques while ensuring thorough product knowledge
    • Record and listen to actual Customer/Coordinator calls, review text and email messaging and prepare training material to strengthen the customer experience
    • Regular team meetings, providing performance feedback, both individual and how employee contributions affect dealership performance
    • Develop employee action plans as required
  • Oversee daily operations of BDC Department
  • Work with BDC coordinators to establish daily routines and priorities and ensure execution
  • Set up and maintain highly visible tracking boards showing BDC sales effectiveness for each day of the month
  • Prepare individual performance reports for each coordinator for measurement
  • Provide leadership regular updates
  • Collaborate with other departments and dealership sales managers
  • Review metrics and performance by running reports and tracking results
  • Conduct sales meetings with the team to review performance, conduct training, share insights
  • Design procedures to track effectiveness of sales processes
  • Determine customers to contact based on current marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Develop a comprehensive program to track customers through to sale completion
  • Develop procedures to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Be a champion of Holman lead management “Best Practices.”
  • Ensure the BDC Customer Experience is outstanding

What we are looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with BDC operations a plus
  • Familiarity with dealership operations a plus
  • Previous performance excellence supervising a BDC department
  • Advanced knowledge of our CRM Solution – Dealer Socket
