What are we looking for?

We need a true leader with the skills and drive to successfully grow our service department!  The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid technical understanding of the automotive service operation in order to ensure high quality repairs
  • Experience working in a high-volume service center managing a large group of technicians, service advisors and support staff and still maintaining Best-In-Class customer satisfaction results
  • Leadership to help sustain our continued growth through various outlets, including digital media.
  • Computer literacy with previous experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and Outlook

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to attract, develop and retain key talent
  • Demonstrated success exceeding manufacturer standards for CSI and productivity
  • Strong leadership, teambuilding, and organizational skills
  • A great work ethic and friendly/work appropriate personality with enthusiasm for providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Stable job history and progressive career path
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure effectively and positively, and be open to change
  • Ability to use telephone, computer, computer software, and other office equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time; frequently change positions, getting in and out of and driving vehicles; walking through the shop from time to time to discuss issues with technicians
  • Ability to carry and lift various materials (up to 30 lbs.)
