Lauderdale Collision Center has doubled in volume over the past two years and continues to grow.  We are seeking a high energy; customer focused Assistant Body Shop Manager to join our management team.

Schedules and coordinates flow of work within body shop to expedite production by performing the following:

  • Reviews production schedule and work orders.
  • Establishes priorities for specific customer orders.
  • Confers with Body Shop Manager and Team Lead to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes in work processing.
  • Functions as Office Manager. Books completed repair tickets, handles payroll, purchase orders and accounts relievable.
  • Ensures company policies and procedures are followed.  May interpret policy and compliance as required.
  • Answers telephone and interacts with customers on delivery and pick of automobiles as needed.
  • Handles administrative duties of the body shop.
  • Fills in for the Body Shop Manager when absent.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
  • Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving employee and customer problems.


  • 10 years’ experience as a supervisor in the collision repair industry and College Degree or equivalent combination
  • 5 years’ experience in the luxury segment
  • Good working relationships with local insurance adjusters
  • Excellent communications skills
  • The ability to grow our existing business now and in the future
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in ADP and CCC
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Excellent people skills
  • Dynamic personality
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
