ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a PC Analyst III.

Essential Functions:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with customer hardware including PC, Laptop, Virtual Machines, and Mobile Devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with ARI supported software.
  • Prepare and deliver customer hardware with proper configuration to meet the needs of customer job role.
  • Provide positive customer experience focusing on creating Raving Fans.
  • Assist with training and development of Level I and II team members.
  • Manage complex incidents until resolution is determined. 
  • Liaison for escalating issues to Engineering.
  • Actively participate in Helpdesk Call Center, monitor email and case queues
  • Manages and leads desktop projects.
  • Escalate major issues or outages to management.
  • Develops and maintains documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skill:

  • Advanced knowledge of PC/Laptop/Mobile Device hardware
  • Advanced knowledge of ARI supported software, including Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office suite, McAfee, ePolicy Orchestrator, SCCM Client and other tools.
  • Networking familiarity with switches, hubs, Network Cards
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
  • Must be able to work under desks
  • A+ or MCSE certification is preferred.
  • Five + years of experience supporting end user device technologies.
