As a Remarketing Administrator, your primary job duties will be to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service while obtaining missing claim information from claimant(s) and insurance companies.
  • Research and resolve outstanding issues with dealerships related to unit remarketing.
  • Prioritize daily administrative duties, insurance claims and remarketing administrative work load while completing assigned projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Among some of the things we look for are:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service / Administrative / Office experience is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills: both written and verbal are required.
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet given deadlines.
  • Some College Strongly Preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel (manipulate data.)
