ARI has an outstanding opportunity for an Administrator – Licensing based in our Mississauga Location for a one year contract.

What will you do?

  • High volume of data entry and/or mailing of documents required to complete or sustain the licensing process
  • Mail out Renewed Registrations / Stickers
  • Catalogue and identify documents
  • Performs accurate and timely entry of data to achieve goals
  • Support various data entry processes across the department
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask
