Auto Truck Group has an outstanding opportunity for Operations Assistant based in our Mississauga Location

What will you do?

  • Answer phones and greet clients as they enter our building.
  • Assist the operations team in all production processes as required.
  • Assist with On-Boarding new employees.
  • Assist with key management for client vehicles.
  • Run daily and/or weekly operations reports and create custom reports.
  • Reconcile time reports for operations team, report discrepancies found in records and make corrections as needed.
  • Bring unresolved variances to Plant Manager for discussion and resolution.
  • Responsible for creating and closing orders in a timely manner as required.
  • Must comply with the company’s safety policies and clean initiative standards.


What are we looking for?

  • Completion of High School or College Diploma
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
