Audi San Diego, part of the Holman Automotive Organization & the area’s premier automotive retailer, is excited to offer the position of Sales Assistant to all qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include:

    • Managing social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
    • Creating and coordinating email blasts, service handouts, helping out with mailer templates, sales event materials, etc.
    • Processing inventory control paperwork – dealer trades, new vehicle inventory entry, loaner movement
    • Manufacturer reporting of unit sales, incentives receivable, and other related interactions
    • Communicating with service on all related inventory issues
    • Verifying dealer plates and sales licenses monthly and report to business office
    • Assisting with the monthly physical inventory
    • Keeping track of marketing materials, sales supplies, showroom vending items, etc.
    • Coordinating & ordering Saturday lunches for Sales & Service departments for 75 employees
    • Creating daily/hourly schedules for Sales staff

Job Requirements:
