Kuni Chevrolet Cadillac has an outstanding opportunity for an Warranty Administrator to join the Holman family.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processes warranty claims in accordance with Manufacturer Guidelines.
  • Review warranty repair orders for proper completion and accuracy.
  • Determine and enter the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes and/or other administrative data required.
  • Check repair orders against the vehicle service history to avoid making duplicate claims.
  • Review all returned and /or rejected warranty claims and prepare the repair orders for immediate resubmission.
  • Monitor the use of special warranty programs for diagnosis time, straight time repairs, etc.
  • Contact the appropriate warranty claim representative regarding any claims requiring special authorization.
  • Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected or paid and their current status.
  • Files warranty documentation and maintains records as necessary
  • Scan all repair orders


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years Auto/Dealership warranty experience or equivalent experience is required.
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • ADP Dealer Services experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
