BDC Guest Relations / Cashier - Kuni Honda


Guest Relations person is an important guest contact for the Dealership. (S)He directly influences guest impressions by the way (s)he greets them on the telephone, routes their calls, answers basic inquiries, books service appointments properly and takes care of them in accordance with the Dealership policies. The Team Lead position takes a role in the training and development of the Guest Relations Team Members.

  • Answer guest inquiries on inbound and outbound phone calls to our service department
  • Cashiering customers invoices and answering billing related questions
  • Schedule reservations for guests’ vehicles to be serviced at our dealership
  • Maintain knowledge of all dealership departments and appropriate personnel to meet the needs of each guest
  • Assist guests with basic troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance advice
  • Demonstrate professional personal behavior
  • Maintain and promote guest and employee relations
  • Supporting Service Advisor staff with customer calls


  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience.
  • Pleasant, engaging and strong attention to detail – must be able to project a ‘smile’ while speaking both in person and over the phone.
  • Proven outstanding customer service
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must pass a background and drug screen
  • Listen and retain information accurately
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
  • Team-oriented and flexible/multi-tasking.
