ARI has an outstanding opportunity for a Damage Management Specialist.

What will you do?

  • Daily claims intake on dedicated Accident Management Queue
  • Gather information by telephone or electronically and review incoming claims to facilitate and dispatch as needed
  • Provide guidance to drivers and clients throughout the claims life cycle
  • Provides accurate documentation on all claims and repair events
  • Proactively monitor repair/claim progress and expedites as appropriate
  • Reviews and issues purchase orders & payments to national account providers and independent repair facilities
  • Liaison with Insurers to report new claims, confirm coverages, submit documentation
  • Proactively monitor subrogation and recovery progress and expedites as appropriate
  • Adhere to client policy and parameters by communicating effectively with all parties involved

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Bilingual French/English
  • 3 + years’ experience in the automotive or insurance industry
