Job Description

ARI has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Management Program Administrator based in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Principal Purpose of Position:

  • Administers data input and on-going maintenance of Intellifleet databases – creation of vehicle & equipment Preventative Maintenance schedules, VMRS code system maintenance, capture of vehicle & equipment warranty schedules & technical reference documents.
  • Administers data input and on-going maintenance of Parameter information, within IntelliFleet databases.
  • Administers data input and on-going maintenance within GDT, to maintain Parameter groups.
  • Interacts with various ARI departments regarding the definition and administration of client Preventative Maintenance Schedule requirements, and related E-Mail requests.
  • Interacts with various ARI departments to identify and administer client tax requirements & exemption status.
  • Interacts with Truck Account Administrators, TRC supervisors, AE’s, CSR / FAP, & fleet administrators.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • Must be knowledgeable of ARI’s fleet management programs.
  • Technical knowledge of cars, trucks & equipment required.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & FleetTrak systems.
  • Customer service orientation & attention to detail required.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • Prior experience within Fleet Management, or related business.

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:

  • Must be able to work both independently & as part of a group

Communicating & Influencing Skills:

  • Strong written and communication skills, customer service experience, & ability to interact positively with team members & co-workers is required.
